Mongolian alphabet, are crazy

Stefano Bosello articoli cina - caratteri cinesi e mongoli

Step three months to learn Chinese characters abstruse, head banging on the madness of a language from one insane policy of Meaning - one character, you definitely get the impression that everything is difficult. And then a trip just north may change perspective. In Inner Mongolia, Chinese province, the most written (offices, road markings ..) is written in both Chinese and Mongolian characters. These are functionally like the first, ie, a character roughly corresponds to a word, ie a meaning. Not content, they also use a phonetic alphabet with characters very similar to Russian ones, but I had the opportunity to legere latter only in a few portraits. Is not that enough? And then maybe you have never seen the Mongols characters: base is almost always a vertical line to the left or right to which are added various combinations of horizontal lines (I counted more than ten) or curvilinear. I can understand how they diffcile read them, I'd still counting stricchette.

The picture you see is part of my collection of "written crazy", or translated into a hallucinatory messages in English, thanks to the phenomenal habit of taking the vocabulary and translate character by character in the language of Queen Elizabeth. This is enough rambling in the syntax, but often you add the item or the use of vocabularies Zanichellipercaso apparently written decades ago with a bridge language (like, I have a Chinese-Japanese and Japanese-English). The results are often hilarious. However, the characters have top Mongols, in the midst of the Chinese words and under free.

  6. Beautiful image, or rather, I wanted to inform you that I would have "stolen" to insert it in an article (today's news is a merchant of Empoli which prohibited the entry into his store to the Chinese, "if you do not speak Italian" ).
Having had to cut part of the image, I raised the copyright in the frame of the image.
    This links the "offending" :-)
