Reopened the comments on the Blog

After a few too many filters and some evidence I opened the comments on the blog. All comments require my approval To be an issued. Hehe, I want to point out that of course I did not repubblicacinesizzato in terms of censorship, is that during the summer the site was bombed by spammers, who added links to their sites to increase their rank on Google. If you have a website, you can insert it into the message itself.

I invite all those who had problems with the site with comments or let me know so may resolve the issue.

Very soon I'll start writing more often on the blog.

Living in Beijing (Beijing), China

Waiguo ren! Waiguoren!

Waiguoren! Waiguoren! I must say that in 6 months in China I've had what many have told me it was a whisper that was part of the past, when people from outside when he saw very little, and you felt more than seen.

It has been so nice when I, an American and a Canadian going to the canteen we hear a child shouting "Foreigners, foreigners," a mixture "Dad looks" to "Turkish mother them." The child (4-7 years) has seen us (24-26) jumping and screaming like children "zhongguoren, zhongguoren!" (Cinese! Chinese!) And was thrilled, motionless, staring at us as we walked in the cafeteria. When you say upset by a change of perspective.

Similar inside and out, in different depths

Studies at the "Focus" say that Westerners do not recognize the Chinese because our mind sets of the details that used to recognize faces. Two of the most important points are the nose and eyes (so much so that those pictures with the black eyes Bandini often prevent us from understanding the identity of persons). Asians in the vast majority of cases of noses tending to zero and almond eyes. And the mind gets confused. This does not mean I do not know, but does not know: it is so that after a reasonable period we can assure you that not all the same.

Being here in any case I have to say that there are other factors that help to confuse. Those of external nature, so to speak like a set of limited knowledge of hairdressing hairstyle, the same relative difficulty in finding the same stores with the same clothes, the same questionable portasoldi bags for men and one could go on for long.
The other, often depend on cultural and identity are the ones inside we say more: what is considered right and wrong, various assorted stereotypes, such ideas of success and defeat.

This speech, details aside, it can be done for every nation in the world. In China, however, there is another considerable factor to take into account: education. Here, every generation has studied the same books, and many of the details have not changed a change to another generation, as they are much less changed teaching methods. And then comes to understand why the hairdressers do not know why other denominations have done the same school, have all studied the same texts in English (and so do all the same mistakes!) From an early age have a single parameter model and success (see University ), often think in terms of group (a longer family) to the individual products are brought in more similarly to stick to the excellence of the fathers (Confucian logic), now deftly which resulted in "no contest, do not try to change, do not ask anything that is not what you are given (often with a postscript: the party). And how deplorable it all, I would not be in their shoes, trying to take a good billion and 300 million people.

If, therefore, always in every culture there is an interesting layer common to get to know how to pass true nature, in China this is very full-bodied, but it does not mean that you can do. And then it gets to the people-individuals, with their dreams, their fears, their difficulties and their ideas, and begin to know them for what they really are.
